Having worked in Corporate America for over 20 years as a neurodivergent (autistic) individual, Nicole has developed numerous strategies that have allowed her to thrive. However, Nicole feels she learned how to exist in Corporate America the "hard way," but that it doesn't have to be so hard for neurodivergent individuals.
