Speaking & Events

I'm Nicole. Autistic advocate, educator, and speaker who helps audiences better understand autism and neurodivergence through a blend of psychology, philosophy, neuroscience, and lived experience.

With over 20 years in corporate America and expertise in adult learning, I talk about autism and related conditions with empathy, precision, and purpose.

I've been featured in The Washington Post and have presented to national and international audiences. People appreciate me for my ability to break down complex ideas in ways they can easily understand.

I speak at schools, companies, nonprofits, and community organizations looking to better understand and support neurodivergent individuals.

Topics I've covered include:

  • Internalized autism and masking

  • Sensory processing and overstimulation

  • Autistic burnout and chronic stress

  • Emotional regulation and resilience

  • How to support neurodivergent people meaningfully
