Gut issues—a possible solution
This is going to seem random, but since stomach issues are extremely common for autistic people, I feel like this might help some of you, so here goes.
If you struggle with food cravings... as in, you have an insatiable appetite and are either constantly eating or constantly thinking about food... look into candidiasis... the version that impacts the gut.

Autistic masking—How it can be used strategically
This might be a controversial opinion, but I don’t think autistic masking is inherently bad. I think it’s harmful if forced, not harmful if chosen.

The fear of being misunderstood and what you can do about it
Did you know there’s a word for the pathological fear of being misunderstood? It’s ambiguphobia... and I feel like it needs to be studied in the context of autism because I’m convinced they would find the prevalence to be off the charts for autistic people.
But, anyway, a lot of you said you’d be interested in hearing about my strategy for dealing with this, so here it is…
