5 signs your procrastination is actually executive dysfunction

1. Procrastination: You have an appointment to schedule, but you don't because it's not that important and you just don't feel like doing it.

Executive dysfunction...

You have an important appointment to schedule that can significantly impact your health, but you can't get yourself to make the call... so, you don't.

2. Procrastination: You have a bill to pay, but it's early in the month, so you don't pay it yet...

Executive dysfunction: You have a bill to pay, it's overdue, you were already charged a late free, but you haven't been able to get yourself to sit down and make the payment.

3. Procrastination: You have laundry to do, but you don't feel like doing it, so you don't...

ED: You have dirty laundry that's been piling up for weeks, but you just can't get yourself to do it, so you've been wearing weird things out of your closet that you haven't worn in years

(because you don't know what you were thinking when you originally bought them) just because they're clean.

4. Procrastination: You have to unpack from a trip, but you're tired and don't want to do it right away, so you don't.

Executive dysfunction: You've been living out of a travel bag for a week after getting home from a trip because you can't get yourself to unpack and put things away.

5. P: You just moved and have a ton of boxes to unpack, but moving was exhausting and you want to give yourself a few days to recover, so you don't unpack right away.

ED: You've been living in your new place with piles of boxes for 6 months because you just can't get yourself to finish unpacking.
